We are looking for immediate
full-time, part-time Industrial Hygienists in
Detroit and Plymouth, MI and Toledo, OH.
Job
Responsibilities
-
Oversee
complex
asbestos,
lead-based
paint,
and
hazardous
materials
surveys
and
air
monitoring
services
for
various
clients
located
in
the
Midwest
region,
throughout
the
country,
and
around
the
world.

Perform
industrial
hygiene
project
management
services
with
sound
judgment.
-
Plan,
prioritize,
and
organize
diversified
workload,
recommend
changes
in
practices
or
procedures
and
perform
standard
project
management
responsibilities
including
financial
recordkeeping;
maintenance
of
accurate
records;
contracts,
bid
specifications,
charts,
tables,
etc.
-
Act
as a
liaison
with
other
departments
and
outside
agencies
including
high-level
public
and/or
private
contacts.
-
Attend
designated
meetings
and
work
with
a
diverse
group
of
important
external
callers
and
visitors.
-
Perform
other
duties
in
direct
relationship
to
the
department
operations.
Job
Requirements
-
Asbestos, lead-based paint, and hazardous materials surveying and air monitoring, mold investigations experience required.
-
Must be proficient with many computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of public and private entities.
- Asbestos and Lead Certification required.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Must successfully complete a drug screen and background check.
*We are also looking to fit a position that would require asbestos/lead health and safety training as well as radiation safety training.
Employee type: Hourly
Wage: $15-20 an hour based on experience

Driller Helper
TTL Associates, Inc., is a

environmental, testing and geotechnical
services.
Seeking Driller helpers for work with soil borings, well installation, soil sampling, rock coring, and visual soil classification. Must have high school diploma and acceptable driving record with at least a class B CDL. OSHA 40-hour training is preferred. Frequent travel and able to lift 50 -70 pounds on a regular basis.
