National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)

TTL has experience and in-depth knowledge to provide comprehensive and thorough NEPA documentation.

The process begins with the drafting of an Environmental Assessment (EA) followed by a Public Draft EA, and ultimately a Final EA/draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) that presents the proposed action and considered alternatives for future development of a site.

Each EA is prepared under the provisions of, and in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA 42 USC 4321 et seq.), the Council of Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations implementing the procedural provisions of NEPA (40 CFR 1500-1508), 38 CFR 26, and the VA Environmental Complliance Manual (1998).
