TTL Associates, Inc.,
was established in 2003 under the
leadership of Thomas R. Uhler, P.E.,
President and developed TTL as a premier,
full-service environmental, testing, and
geotechnical engineering firm with
"in-house" certified laboratories
and drilling services.
Originally
founded in 1927 as Toledo Testing
Laboratory, the 82 year history brings
clients experience and expertise in
environmental issues, quality testing of
construction materials, and geotechnical
investigations needed in today's world.
