I-75 Widening from Perrysburg to Findlay, Ohio

TTL is performing quality control testing services for each of the contractors of this major interstate widening project.  The project was designed and is being constructed to provide increased capacity for Northwest Ohio’s (District 2) busiest interstate route by adding a third lane to about 32 miles of the I-75 corridor in Wood and Hancock County from Perrysburg to Findlay.  ODOT awarded four projects along I-75, totaling $261 Million, to Miller Bros. Inc., Shelly Company, Kokosing Construction Company and E.S. Wagner.  The Miller Brothers Project is a design build project. Construction of the third lane is planned continue over the next three years.  The quality control testing is being performed for embankment construction, subgrade stabilization, structural concrete, MSE wall backfill, and culvert backfill.
