NAVFAC Awards TTL Associates EMAC

 

TTL Associates, Inc. (TTL) announced today the winning of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Mid-Atlantic Environmental Multiple Award Contract (EMAC). As part of a $45 million, one-year with four option years contract, TTL will manage a joint venture team with the its partner Environmental Quality Management, Inc. to act as one of five prime contractors.

TTL–EQM is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a prime contractor that has the experience and expertise to initiate, develop, and deliver comprehensive environmental services to complete remediation projects. These services will be performed on environmentally impacted sites at Naval Station Great Lakes- Great Lakes, Illinois, Naval Support Activity Crane, Indiana as well as Navy and Marine Corps active duty and reserve facilities throughout the United States and U. S. Territories.

The services provided under this procurement will consist of sites regulated under Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Underground Storage Tanks (UST), and other environmental programs, which might require corrective action, mitigation, sampling or remedial action. This contract focuses primarily on environmental restoration services but could involve other environmental work such as compliance projects.

As the SDVOSB majority partner, TTL will serve as NAVFAC’s single point of accountability for contract performance and contract task order (CTO) execution. TTL will direct and control all aspects of the contract with a continuous focus on safety and health (S&H) and quality control (QC) to consistently deliver client-focused solutions.

TTL has held an EMAC Midwest contract over the last three years and has had 12 years of NAVFAC experience. TTL has completed 150+ federal projects on behalf of the Navy, Air Force, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Army National Guard, and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) over the past five years valued in excess of $20 million.
