Bagging Soil Samples

The liability and risk of owning/financing an environmentally impaired site or building can be greatly reduced with an Environmental Site Assessment.

Phase I ESA

An experienced environmental professional provides an in-depth analysis and report to identify environmental risk and liability, before you purchase a site with observations and findings, conclusions and recommendations, summarized and presented in a written report.

If the potential for contamination is discovered, a Phase II ESA is recommended.

Phase II ESA
A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is individually designed for each site.  Various sampling and investigative methods may include geophysical surveys, search for buried metallic objects, collecting soil and groundwater samples, and laboratory analysis.
