Hazardous Materials Assessment Management

An experienced team of trained and certified professionals identify and resolve hazardous material problems through professional evaluations, sampling and analysis, management plans, design and management of abatement, indoor air quality sampling, clearance sampling and remediation.

TTL identifies the presence of asbestos containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with the OSHA Regulation Title 29 Code of Federal Regulations 1926.1101, the National Emission Standards of Hazardous Air Pollutants Asbestos Regulations 40 CFR Part 61, and the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1987.

Lead Paint
TTL’s licensed and certified lead inspectors conduct comprehensive lead paint inspection surveys and analysis to define the location, the percent of lead content, and the physical condition of the surface materials.

Mercury & PCBs
TTL’s certified professionals conduct inspections for mercury and PCB’s.

Mold & Fungi
TTL conducts mold identification, monitoring and abatement for mold and fungi, makes recommendations and provides cost estimates to remediate the mold issue and correct the moisture infiltration that was vital in facilitating fungal growth. After mold abatement activities, TTL conducts Clearance Sampling to determine that the clean-up was effective.
